Help in Duplicating email

Warren, this is a SPANISH group, you should look for help in ENGLISH groups
(OE groups have inetexplorer after microsoft.public).

Just the same try to install a program ñike Magic Mail Monitor to delete the
unwanted messages before dosnloading them.

I've tried to call my ISP but they say they can't stop them.
The rest of my emails are coming thru in normal fashion.
Is there anyway to stop the onslaught of the over 3000 emails I've gotten
