Blue screen and a restart!

Try using the "System Restore" function in safe mode to revert the
systema a date before that problem.
Press and hold the F8 key as your computer restarts. On the Advanced
Boot Options screen, use the arrow keys to highlight the safe mode
option you want, and then press ENTER.

By the way, this is the Spanish support newsgroup, so if you are a
native english speaker, better search the english group.

Si perdona,no me fijé,haha.
Oie pero tampoco me funciona lo de restaurar,cuando acaba de restaurar me
dice que no se ha podido restaurar e intenté varios puntos guardados.

¿Qué antivirus instalaste?
También necesitaríamos el mensaje exacto que dice la pantalla azul.
Desactiva el reinicio automático para que se vea en todo su esplendor:
Haz clic secundario en "Equipo" y accede a sus propiedades. Ahora, desde
el panel izquierdo accede a "opciones avanzadas" y entra a la
configuración de "Inicio y recuperación".
Una vez allí, desmarca la casilla que dice "reiniciar automáticamente" y
acepta los cambios.
