USB error code 28 con un IP PHONE Talk Pro U-120

Acabo de comprar un IP Phone, compatible con USB 1.1 o superior, tengo el
siguiente problema en tres computadoras distintas: 2 de ellas con XP
servipack 2 y la otra con Win2k con servipack 4. El telefono en cuestión
funciona bien, comprobado en otras dos computadoras bajo win2k servipack
4.
El problema es que no encuentra el driver, ni en el CD, ni en el disco,
ni
en la web.
En el administrador de dispositivos aparece bajo el nombre de otros
dispositivos, como dispositivo desconocido con un signo de interrogación
en
amarillo, Error code 28: falta el controlador!!!!, ya he probado todos los
medios, reinicio en modo seguro, remover driver, inicio en modo normal -
instalar driver. No funciona!!!!
El servicio tecnico del fabricante es nulo, todos los drivers que me han
pasado no modifican en nada la situación. Muchas gracias.

I´m getting mad with this problem.
Well, here we go, just I bought a USB Voice-over-ip phone and I have the
same problem in 3 diferent computers., can´t found the driver, error code
28, and the device appear with a "?" sign in the device manager, but
inside
other devices. Two machines works under Windows XP and the other under
Win2k
servipack4, all uses USB 2.0, I´ve tested the Phone in other 2 PC´s under
Win2k and works fine. I have followed all the procedures to uninstall the
driver in safe mode and reinstall in normal mode, and nothing appear to
work.
The magnufacturer technician have less knowledge than me, thats a fact,
before six hours of remote try. thanks in advance and congratulations for
the good work that you are making here.
