Windows Update No funciona! (?)

funciona, esos es porque tiene desactivado ActiveX en la pestaña de
seguridad del IE
que haga lo que dice el mensaje, y listo

- Desde Simbolo del sistema ejecuta los siguientes comandos (pulsa Intro al
final de cada linea):
regsvr32 softpub.dll
regsvr32 initpki.dll
regsvr32 mssip32.dll

- Desde IE menu Herramientas\Opciones de Internet\Opciones avanzadas, marca
la opcion "Usar HTTP 1.1 en conexiones proxy"
