Windows Media Encoder - PERMITIR MAS CONEXIONES

Por defecto viene para 5 conexiones.
Segun leí en el documento #235387 hay que tocar el registro y agregar lo
siguiente:

1-Start Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe).
2-Locate the following key in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters

3-On the Edit menu, click Add Value, and then add the following registry
value:
Value Name: TcpMaxDataRetransmissions
Data Type: REG_DWORD
Value: 6

4-Quit Registry Editor, and then restart the computer for the changes to
take effect.
The default value for this parameter is 5; increase the value gradually
until you find the result that you want.

hice todo esto pero no pasa nada, solo me permite hasta 5 conexiones
simultáneas.
