Why can't i see animoticons?

You need to use a program like Ulead GIF Animator 5 to mocify the frame
delay. In these emoticons that you can't see, the frame delay is zero
seconds. If you change it to 0.01 seconds the diffenrence is not
perceptible.Mow, just save the file. Mucha suerte amigo!!!

Maybe you have disabled this options, in your MSN Messenger go to Tools > Options, look in "General" or in "Messages" tab and mark the checkboxes "Show Emoticons" and "Show Custom Emoticons"

well, it happens that sometimes when i send the "animoticons" they're
normally showed, sometimes MSN give me the message "Non è stato
possibile visualizzare l'animoticon. Prova a selezionarne un'altra."
"It is impossible to show this animoticon. Choose another one"
