Why can't i see animoticons?

You need to use a program like Ulead GIF Animator 5 to mocify the frame
delay. In these emoticons that you can't see, the frame delay is zero
seconds. If you change it to 0.01 seconds the diffenrence is not
perceptible.Mow, just save the file. Mucha suerte amigo!!!
