Some of the start menu items don't work!

Please help!

Under Vista SP1, I click the "Microsoft Office Word 2007" item in start
menu, and it can't launch the app!!! Nothing happens. The same with the
"Diskeeper 2008", "Excel" , etc.

So, I click "All programs" --> "Microsoft Office" > "Microsoft Office
Word 2007" one by one, and the app is normally started. What's more, the
desktop icons work normally too.

Could anybody help me, please ??? Thanks~
