Runtime error program c:\winnt\explorer.exe

Hola saludos a todos una vez mas con problemillas, espero alguien pueda
ayudarme va el rollo:
Alguien sabe como puedo este mensaje que sale al iniciar windows pero solo
sale con un usuario si entro con otro no...y si le doy OK al mensaje me
quita el fondo de la pantalla y manda de fondo la pantalla de error del
windows ACTIVE DESKTOP RECOVERY y nunca me deja quitar esa ventanita de
runtime error

1) Open up a command prompt (start -> run -> cmd)

2) Type in the following "regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll" (without the quºtes).

3) Close and re-open Windows AntiSpywªre"

Eventually if it doesn't work try the installation of a Service Pack for the
Visual Basic 6 runtime: This link is for SP6, but SP5 also appears to be
effective.
