El servidor ademas de DNS es un domain controller? Si corres DCDIAG en el DC
aparece algun otro error?

El DNS hace forwarding a otros dominios ademas de a internet por ej?

Aparentemente hay dos problemas: 1 de replicacion de SYSVOL, para esto te
diria que pruebes con esta herramienta que te va a dar mas detalles de
posibles problemas:

Para el error de systemlog prueba correr DCDIAG de la siguiente manera:
dcdiag /v /test:systemlog

Usando /v te deberia explicar un poco mas del problema.
