Problema de Seguridad con recursos compartidos

tengo un grupo de server w2k3 r2 tengo un server con el rol de PDC, un BDC
y
tengo un SERVER de SC y tengo 2 SERVER APFS, en el server FS cuando
comparto
una carpeta y trato de dar privilegio a los usuarios de solo escribir,
leer,
modificar pero no eliminar subcarpetas ni archivos no me lo valida, pero
cuando deniego solo ELIMINAR la validacion es solo sobre las carpetas
creada
por otro usuario, las carpeats o archivos que crea el usuario las elimina
pero ahi otro detalle no permite modificar el nombre, mi pregunta es que
parte estoy haciendo mal que windows no reconoce los privilegios que le
estoy
dando a dichos usuarios.
