Ejecuta un sysprep -pnp y luego has una imagen con el Acronis True Image www.acronis.com
(de tods formas Microsoft solo garantiza el clonado en hardware identico)

De tdas maneras ya sabes que mi consejo pasa siempre por una instalacion limpia, y maxime si el hardware es nuevo.

Con permiso de Tella, antes de clonar hay que ejecutar "sysprep", pero en tu
caso no funcionara al tratarse de otra maquina totalmente distinta:

puede funcionar... siempre y cuando el cambio del chipset no sea drastico. Por ejemplo, dentro de la familia de Intel, es mas que probable que le funcione.

Pero en un cambio de un PC antiguo a uno nuevo como comenta, dudo mucho de
existan compatibilidades, ademas el propio Ghost ya lo avisa, yo al menos,
no lo intentaria:
