Outlook 2002 SP3 Crahing

Pues si eres "spanish" y preguntas en el grupo en Español, lo lógico es que lo hagas en español, no?

Hi!
I have a user with Windows XP Professional (Outlook 2002 SP3). Whenever the
user is attempting to access her Inbox (for example) it crashes and shut down
Outlook. I have checked in the event viewer ant I found this error:
"Faulting application outlook.exe, version 10.0.6626.0. faulting module
outllib.dll, version 10.0.6515.0, fault address 0x0003aadf"

I looked this error in Knowledge Base (microsoft.com) and I found several
problems that generate this error (All the cases talk about the Outlook
client)in event wiever, although no with the concrete symptoms. Support
online sugests to install SP3, but long ago that we have it.

"Rejected Safe Mode action: Microsoft Outlook"
Event ID: 2001
Source: Microsoft Office 10
Type: Error
Category: None.

"Accepted Safe Mode action: Microsoft Outlook"
Event ID: 200
Source: Microsoft Office 10
Type: Error
Category: None.

Vale, como tienes toda la razón resumo la problemática en castellano (lo
generé en ingles para colgarlo de más grupos de noticias y tener más opciones
de respuestas, eso es todo...):

Mi caso es el siguiente: En algunos puestos de mi red (muy pocos) se da el
caso de que cuando los usuarios intentan acceder a la bandeja de entrada (no
siempre, en algunos casos es en enviados, por ej.) se genera un error del
tipo... Outlook debe cerrarse, enviar o cancelar, en fin, lo que estamos
hartos de ver...
En el Visor de Eventos veo la siguiente información:

"Faulting application outlook.exe, version 10.0.6626.0. faulting module
outllib.dll, version 10.0.6515.0, fault address 0x0003aadf"
Event ID: 1000
Source: Microsoft Office 10
Type: Error
Category: None.

He buscado este error en la web de Microsoft y aunque he visto varios
problemas que generan este tipo de eventos (todos aludiendo a problemas con
el cliente Outlook, no con el servidor Exchange) no se refieren a los mismos
síntomas. El soporte online sugiere instalar SP3 al Outlook, pero hace
bastante tiempo que ya lo tenemos.

Otros eventos que me encuentro son:
