No está todavía en beta.
Si lo has encontrado por internet... es "robada" una version preálpha a Microsoft y no puede instalarse. Es ilegal.

pero es sistema de betas es siempre igual para los SO, o fue sólo para el XP?

con el XP fue con el único que compré la versión beta...
