No se ejecuta Ayuda en Windows Xp

Ejecuta sfc /scannow, si esto no te lo resuelve tendrás
que reinstalar con la opción reparar.

Tengo el problema de que al momento de apretar el icono

de

ayuda y soporte técnico no se ejecuta, no aparece nada,

en

otras palabras no me funciona la ayuda de Windows Xp,
tambien tengo un problema con la impresora y tampoco se
ejecuta la ayuda de la impresora. Si alguien me puede
ayudar en este tema se lo agradecería.

Guarda el archivo en el escritorio con el nombre *fixwinxphelp_windirfix.vbs* (guárdalo con la
extensión .vbs, no vbs.txt) y lo ejecutas. Reinicia el sistema.
