Hola, veo que tienes un dato acerca sobre kb919490, debo de pagar para
instalarlo en la pc?, pregunto ya que no lo he ubicado dentro del rango de
parches disponibles en downloads, esto incluye la resolucióna un problema que
estoy teniendo con una pc, puedes por facor confirmarme como adquiero ese
hotfix?

Ponerse en contacto con Microsoft en su pais y ellos se encargaran de enviarle este hotfix. Alli tambien le informaran de costos, en el caso que los haya.
