Microsoft has completed its initial investigation into issues involving
old third party software that customers may have experienced after the
installation of this security update. The revised security update
contains no changes to the binaries included in the initial security
update. During installation, the revised security update will place the
following entries in the allow list as indicated in Microsoft
Knowledgebase Article 918165.

¿Es una pregunta?

Sólo debe instalarse (esta versión 2) en aquellos equipos que hayan
presentado problemas referidos como consecuencia de la instalación de la
versión original, el dia 11 de abril pasado (con software de HP, Nvidia,
o firewall Kerio). Si no ha creado problemas, no es necesario
instalarla.

Si estás afectado, no es necesario desinstalar la anterior.
