me da el siguiente codigo de error

No se encuentra la descripción del Id. de suceso ( 4373 ) en el origen (
Internet Explorer 7 Disk ). Es posible que el equipo local no tenga la
información de Registro o archivos DLL de mensajes necesarios para mostrar
mensajes desde un equipo remoto. Es posible que pueda usar el indicador
/AUXSOURCE= para recuperar esta descripción; consulte Ayuda y soporte
técnico para obtener más detalles. La siguiente información es parte del
suceso: Internet Explorer 7; ie7; No se puede escribir la clave del Registro
de configuraciones.

Problemas de permisos, el IE7 no puede acceder a derterminadas claves del
registro, consulta el archivo ie7.log que se habra generado en tu directorio
de windows y este articulo de la kb.

Pues ya sabes... claves inaccesibles, desactiva antispyware y el antivirus
tal y como se relaciona en el articulo de la kb que te he dejado y revisa el
metodo 2, que viene relacionado en dicho artículo. :-) suerte!

El archivo de instalación *IE7.log* te dice que existen algunas claves del registro en las que IE7 no puede escribir por falta de privilegios. En este caso, debes seguir los pasos que se describen en el método 2 del artículo mencionado anteriormente:
