Error en Project Server para configurar SharePoint

te ajunto un buen paso a paso de como instalar y configurar los STS para
Project 2002.

Project Server STS DB are not running under Windows

Los servicios a que hace referencia y las
aplicaciones "PSCOMPlus" no existen en ninguna parte.
El problema es que no se deja configurar esta aplicación y
es totalmente necesaria para la integracion de los
clientes "Project"
