Black as default background for ALL messages

Hello,
how do I set black as default background for ALL mail messages?
I have tried with black stationery, and this works for New messages, but
when I want to send a picture and I click to "send via e-mail" it creates a
message with the usual WHITE background and the VERY ANNOYING "your files
are attached" tag.

How can I set ALL my e-mails to have a BLACK background?

How can I NOT have the "your files are attached" thing?

Why not just save the picture to your HDD and then Insert or Attach it?

That's two steps, Bruce.
I'd like one step.

Save it as stationery. Format/Apply Stationery.

Of course you know you'll annoy some people by sending rich text rather than
plain text messages.
