Regla para Publicar SERVER WEB..ISA SERVER2006

Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
Alguien me puede echar 1 manito, en el ASUNTO, y si es posible me puedan
orientar sobre la configuracion del WEBLISTENER..
Publique 1 regla asi:
Nombre Action Protocols From/Listener To
Condition Description
Website allow HTTP WEB www.mtto.xxx.xxx
All Authenticated Pagina WEB
HTTPS

El LISTENER esta configurado asi..

General Networks Conections
Certificates Authentication Forms SSO
WEB External x Enable HTTP on port 80
www.mtto.xxx.xx HTTP Authentication
xEnable SSL on port 443
Basic
Redirect authenticated traffic
of HTTP to HTTPS Windows AD

Si alguien me puede echar 1 manito..ya que asi como lo tengo..NO me ven
desde Internet.. realice 1 prueba dejando abierto totalmente el FIREWALL y
ahi si me ven,,por lo tanto NO tengo problema a nivel de Servidor WEB.. sino
mas bien de encontrar la regla adecuada para tal fin..
NOTA: www.mtto.xxx.xx es la WEB Interna la cual funciona en la Intranet sin
problemas...

Volviste a instalar el ISA Server en el SBS?
La regla de publicación web la creaste con el wizar de Web Publishing o de
Secure Web publishing? Desde afuera que error aparece? en el visor de
sucesos por casualidad tenes errores que digan que ISA server deshabilito el
listener por no poder comprobar el chain o algo así?
