Keyboard.drv

Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
I have in my PC Windows XP Home Edition, and when i want install some
applications(not all) a window appears with the following message: "install
again this module in the folder system32: KEYBOARD.DRV" (i've traslated the
text from spanish to english).
I've launched the sfc/cannow in order to fix the file but it doesn't work.
Furthermore the pc shuts down sudenly. I don't know if this is caused by a
virus or because of the hot. The box of the pc is very hot allways.

I need help.

Intenta con:
Inicio - ejecutar - sfc /scannow

nota: el cd de xp debe estar en la maquina
