TS - AYUDA PLEASE !!!!

Hola amigos, les quiero pedir su ayuda por favor

El problema que tengo es que he instalado 5 TS CALs en my Win2003 Server, ya
las he activado
- En la ventana Manage Your Server, en la seccion de Terminal Server me da
el siguiente estatus "Terminal Services License Server has been found on the
netwok"

y cuando trato de conectarme desde un termianl remoto con win XP pro, el
estatus en la consola Manage Your Server me da el siguiente mensaje:

"No Terminal Services License Server was found on the network. This terminal
server will stop issuing temporary licenses to clientes 120 days after it
receives the first connection. Review licensisg requirements for more
information."
En el Pc remoto me da este mensaje: "The remote session was disconnected
because there are no Terminal Server License Servers available to provide a
license."

pero si voy a Terminal Server Licensing, veo las licencias que estan alli
(Total 5, Avaiable 5 ,Issued 0) y el estatus en "Manage Your Server " cambia
el mensaje a "Terminal Services License Server has been found on the netwok"
y me mantiene ese estatus hasta que trato de conectarme otra ves con
mediante Remote Desktop Connection desde mi Pc remoto

En Eventview - Systems encontre este mensaje:
"The terminal server cannot issue a client license. It was unable to issue
the license due a changed(mismatched) client license, insufficient memory,
or an internal error."


Que puedo hacer, estoy con este problema 3 semanas y no se como obtener
sopporte de microsoft
