Tengo problemas con MSN Search

Buenas noches, desde hace unos dias tengo problemas con MSN Search, cuando le
doy a la busqueda desde el explorador, me sale una pag en blanco y en ingles,
con el siguiente texto:
http://search.msn.es/docs/toolbar.a....htm&v.00.00

y el texto de la web es el siguiente:

He probado con todos mis anti spy, incluso he cambiado mi macFEe, por el
Norton, no se que pensar, si me voy a la web q me indican debo instalar unos
zips que no creo q deba instalar, la verdad es el unico buscador q no me
funciona y precisamente es el q uso.
Agradeceria de antemano cuaquier sugerencia, gracias a todos.
