Tengo un problema con un juego

Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
Cuando inicio el juego me aparece una ventana donde dice:

The driver of a PowerVR 3D card has been detected, but
the hardware couldnŽt be initialized.
Please remove the file SGL.DLL from your WINDOWS and
WINDOWS/SYSTEM directory and try again.

Se que debo mover un archivo o algo pero no se como
hacerlo¿Alguien m puede ayudar?

yo no quitaria nada y buscaria una actualizacion o un
parche del juego en la pagina del fabricante
