SUPERMICRO was producing Opteron boards for its customers - presumably
because of demand - quite a few months back.

We reported that here - Fermi Labs was hoping to eval Supermicro AMD
boards back in April.

Then we saw the Supermicro Opteron boards and chassis on AMD's stand
when we pitched down to Grimaldiville, Monaco, for the Gartner System
Builder Summit.

A bit of a hiatus occurred, because it was clear that Supermicro had
Opteron products, despite its former ultra staunch Intel status, but
they were hard to find on the firm's site.

They are hard to find no longer, because they are here now. The
systems and boards are described as the A+ family. µ

Es vieja (tiene varios meses) la noticia, pero no ha sido confirmada por
SuperMicro.

Ahora bien, tecnicamente es posible con el chipset SuperServer (Supermicro
monta chipset serios y no bazofias como SiS, Via o nForce)
