Servicio DHCP Client

Si tras el cambio de permisos en el registro no has reiniciado, prueba antes
de nada, si no, mira si por un casual ésto te puede servir también

Some of the dependencies in the list were drivers not services; we need to
check them in Device Manager; follow the steps below:
Start -> Run.
Type: devmgmt.msc
Press <enter>

In the Device Manger, in the View menu, click Show hidden devices.
Now, double-click Non-Plug and Play drivers section.
Double-click all driver entries you found in dependency list of DHCP
one-by-one to open its properties dialog, and click the Driver tab;
Check if the Startup type is System.

Si tampoco, revisa por si acaso otro equipo qué permisos tienen en el
registro para dichas ramas que dice el KB y revisa que esté igual, reinicia
si cambias algo y a ver si hay suerte

En los servisores windows2003, no puedo levantar el DHCP Client, que

Investigando en microsoft (KB895149), indica que hay que darle derechos
sobre unas entradas de registro (DHCp y TCPIP), al usuario
NetworkServices.

Pueso lo he hecho, pero el problema persiste.

¿Alguien ha tenido un problema similar?¿alguna idea de como avanzar?
