Sounds a bit like news:alt.www.webmaster, although hopefully you won't
suffer as much from spammers and trolls. I wish you well with your forum,
but this group meets my webmaster needs.

alt.internet.search-engines has been here for ages.
And it's free with no cross-posting spammer ruling the place.
