Warning al linkar programa

¿Alguien podría decirme que significa este warning?

LINK : warning LNK4098: defaultlib "LIBCMT" conflicts
with use of other libs; use /NODEFAULTLIB:library

Me sale con el código que he escrito más abajo aunque
luego me funciona bien.

hola!

eso sucede por lo general cuando linkeas con librerias

son incompatibles...

por ejemplo haciendo uso simultaneamente de la libreria
multihilo (multithread )y de hilo simple (singlethread)
