URGENTE - Agregar controlador de reserva

Ayuda Hacer una pregunta
Hola a todos

Tengo un controlador de dominio Windows 2003 con Exchange 2003 en la misma
máquina y quiero instalar en otra máquina un controlador de reserva. Lo que
pasa es que al lanzar el dcpromo, me pide usuario, pongo el administrador
(que tiene control sobre todo) y llega un momento que me dice el siguiente
error:

"Error en la operación porque: El Asistente para la instalación de Active
Directory no puede convertir la cuenta de equipo pc$ en una cuenta de
controlador de dominio. "Acceso denegado".

Escribir el nombre de usuario y la contraseña de una cuenta con suficientes
privilegios para un controlador de dominio adicional para el dominio
mundo.es"

El usuario administrador puede unir máquinas correctamente al dominio, y he
revisado los permisos que tiene, y aún así no le veo nada raro. Me da miedo
que Murphy aparezca y casualidad se cargue el dominio, ¿alguien me puede
ayudar?

El futuro DC tiene como único DNS el actual DC?
Ejecuta en el actual las herramientas DCDIAG y NETDIAG para determinar si
está funcionando correctamente.

Según los tests debes revisar 2 cosas:
1) La configuración de DNS del DC
- Es posible que no admita actualizaciones
- Que no se ahayan generado las 45 carpetas adicionales que contienen los
registros LDAP, KERBEROS, etc

2) Por otro lado mira, teniendo como referencia los horarios y fechas del
DCDIAG, el "Visor de Eventos".

Por casualidad el DC, tiene mas de de una placa de red?
Verifica esto y seguimos.

El DCDIAG ya no me da errores. Si me preguntas exactamente que he hecho no

Sí, tengo dos tarjetas de red instaladas, pero una está desactivada. De lo
de las 45 carpetas, no se exactamente de lo que me hablas. No se, realmente
estoy perdido.

En realidad se me escapó un dedo, quise decir 4 carpetas.
Abre la consola de DNS del DC.
Luego selecciona en el panel izquierdo donde dice "Zonas de búsqueda
directa".
Cuantas carpetas se ven?
Se ve similar a la foto adjunta?
