software 20000$ lost in XP installation

Well, i can install my software but need to activate it from US with a key
and the program is out of support since last year. May be possible to get it
again but i prefer restore my original installation.
The program is for Medical Neurophisiology diagnostic.

Well, i can reinstall the software because the representative in my country
sent me it last week, but the problem is that i need to insert an
installation key and my support finished last year. May be get it from the
main office, bur sincerely i prefer do it with my original installation.
