Is this a group in Spanish Language, have not you given yourself bill???

Espero que entiendas español. Hice lo que sugeriste pero resulta que en la
ventana de services no aparece Security Center por lo que sigo igual que
Carlos sin tener acceso. Ahi va en inglés:
I run services.msc, but simply it does not appear security center in the
services window
