Restore from read only database

Y no puedes hacer un restore tomando esa DB como origen y volcándola como una DB nueva?

No me permite hacer un repaldo, supongo por el estado de read only que no
permite actualizar nada.

No te decía que hicieras un respaldo, sino un restore como una BD nueva tomando de origen la de "Read only"
