problemas de replica en server secundario w2k

Pasa un dcdiag y un netdiag en el DC "secundario"y pon por aquí los resultados.

Con replmon verifica que las réplicas se están realizando.

Y también date una vuelta por el Visor de sucesos.

Básicamente te dice que tienes el Gateway mal configurado o que éste es incapaz de responder
