problemas con registry editor

mi problema es el suiguiente: cambie el data de registry editor done esta de
la siguiente manera :Click Start > Run.
In the Run dialog box, type the following, and then click OK:

regedit

In the Registry Editor window, go to the following location:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User
Shell Folders

In the right pane, double-click Common Programs.
In the Value Data box, delete all text before \Start Menu\Programs, and then
type the following:

%ALLUSERSPROFILE%
y por poner eso ya no puedo abrir los programas del menu de inicio entonces
lo unico que nececito es si alguien me puede decir que es lo que va en lugar
de %ALLUSERPROFILE% SI ALGUIEN ME DICE ME QUITARIA UN GRAN PESO DE ENSIMA

Wenas keria preguntar como habilitar el registro de windows ya que e estado
mirando los trucos de windows y cuando pues el comando regedit me puso el
administrador a deshabilitado el registro de windows y no se como volverlo a
habilitar por favor ayudenme rapido y si pueden respondame a mi correo
o respondan en este foro.Gracias
