Problema con AD en Windows 2003 DC

Me estan saliendo los siguientes problemas en mi DC W2K3.
The server was unable to allocate from the system nonpaged pool because
the
pool was empty.

y tambien
The server was unable to allocate a work item 23 times in the last 60
seconds.

ademas de
Windows cannot access the file gpt.ini for GPO
CN={BB86F778-7268-4EBE-AB07-12A39F9B8258},CN=Policies,CN=System,DC=XRED,DC=cl.
The file must be present at the location
<\\XRED.cl\SysVol\XRED.cl\Policies\{BB86F778-7268-4EBE-AB07-12A39F9B8258}\gpt.ini>.
(Not enough server storage is available to process this command. ). Group
Policy processing aborted.

que puedo hacer. Es realmente urgente que me ayuden.
EL server no tiene instalado el SP1.
