OT: Yahoo! Customer Care contact

Hello.
This is a desperated email because I'm in a very desperate situation.
Suddenly, 4 days ago, i tried to sign in my 10 years old yahoo account and
found it was accepting my password. I went to Forget password section and
I can't remember the answer to my secret question... in 10 years I had
never used that tool. BUT, i choosed to email it to my alternate email
account (that I actually use too) and never arrived in 4 days. I sent thru
customer support my request of help and an automate email arrives every
time... telling me the same info i can find on Yahoo Help.
my request is. Does anybody knows and email, telephone where I can contact
HUMAN BEINGS that solve my problem? This is very frustrating. I have
everything in there. My photos, contacts, emails, EVERYTHING. I'm dead
internetly speaking.

All i can suggest is what I found with a bit of googling:
I found a number of people refer to:
1-408-349-1572 as the main number, but alos got:

408-349-5151 or 866-800-8092

Lemme know how that works out
