No detecta la grabadora de DVD

Si en el administrador de dispositivos no aparece la grabadora, los programas
no van a poder utilizarla o van a dar problemas.

Comprueba si cuando arrancas el PC en la BIOS te la detecta. Si no lo hace
es un problema hardware.
Revisa los conectores de datos y corriente por si acaso. Si la tienes sola
en un IDE, debe estar como MASTER.

Veamos, tengo un portatil. He instalado de nuevo nero, pero, aunque me graba
cds sin problema, cuando trato de grabar datos en un disco de dvd me dice
disco incorrecto. Este es el error que me da:
