MMC.EXE

Algo se ha estropeado en tu instalación. Prueba a crear una consola nueva
invocando MMC.EXE y agregándole el snap-in del Enterprise Manager.

Ejecutas en línea de comandos: mmc.exe

En el menú del MMC: File > Add/remove snap-in

Pulsa el boton ADD y busca el snap-in Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise
Manager.
