I have 500 Libraries in to my site, Is a best practices that?

The Microsoft's "Plan for software boundaries" document
(http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/...62787.aspx) recommends a
maximum of 2.000 List per Web Site to prevent decrees in performance. You are
under the limit, thus probably using a better server(s) the problem will be
resolve.
