Errores En DCDIAG y NETDIAG

Hola a todos, podeis ayudarme por favor ??

Cuando ejectuto el DCDIAG me da el siguiente error:

Starting test: MachineAccount
Could not get NetBIOSDomainName
Failed can not test for HOST SPN
Failed can not test for HOST SPN

Y cuando ejecuto el NETDIAG, me da tambien el siguiente error:

LDAP test. . . . . . . . . . . . . : Passed
DC '\\server1' isn't running the DS. Cannot test LDAP.

Do un-authenticated LDAP call to 'server1'.

Esto me provoca que no puedo convertir en DC un servidor 2003 y tampoco me
deja instalar el Exchange Server 2003.

Esto lo he ejecutado en Servidor Miembro de un Dominio W2k3, donde
queremmos
instalar el Exchange Server 2003 y en DC del dominio, solo tenemos un DC
de
momento, no se ha realizado restore, como información le digo que estamos
en
un entorno mixto o sea W2003 y NT4 y este DC es el producto de migración.

Ejecuta el dcdiag y netdiag directamente en el server.

A parte, si ese DC es producto de una migración, de qué tipo de migración??

No da errores ni dcdiag y netdiag. El DC es producto de la migración del
PDC
de NT4.
