Error en DCDIAG

Al hacer un Dcdiag en un servidor w2003, me sale lo siguiente:

Como puedo resolver el error?
Otra pregunta, si voy a Sitios y Servicios de Active Directory, en License
Site Setting puedo cambiar de equipo en concesión de licencia al equipo.
Aqui sale el servidor antiguo que tiene windows 2000 server sp4 que
queremos
dar de baja, mi pregunta es si pongo el servidor que he instalado con
Windows
2003 server, si puede haber algun problema.

Hola Javier, gracias por tu contestación.
El netdiag no lo tengo e instale las support tools.
El dcdiag lo ejecuto en la ruta c:\windows\servicepackfiles\i386\dcdiag
