Error constante que puede ser

Este error tambien se da en otras circustancias: ISA esta instalado en modo
integrado o firewall y solo dispone de un interface de red (necesitas dos
interface de red), estas accediendo a un sitio web interno realizando un
bucle sobre el interface externo del ISA (hay que excluir en los navegadores
de usra proxy los sitios internos).
