Error con servicio de ASP.NET 0x80070427

Saludos Foro.

Tengo montados varios sitios en un servidor con Windows 2000, los sitios
al
accesarlos me muestra el siguiente mensaje de error -- Server

Unavailable

Revise el estado con asp.net_state y me devuelve el error 0x80070427,
alguien podria ayudarme con este error.
