Error al tratar de conectarme a Reporting Service

Hola

He instalado en un servidor lo siguiente:

- SQL Server 2005 :
- Instancia por default: Developer (que es el nombre del servidor)
- Otra instancia llamada Developer\SQLDB
Las dos instancias se han instalado con todas las herramientas del SQL
(Analysis, Reporting, Integration, etc.)
Toda la instalacion ha sido por Default (directorios, etc.)

La conexion es mixta (integrada de windows y sql)

Actualmente todo esta corriendo (todos los servicios para las 2 instancias
estan corriendo)
Me conecto sin ningun problema desde el SQL Managment Studio:
- Al Database Engine - DEVELOPER y DEVELOPER\SQLDB
- A Analysis Service - DEVELOPER y DEVELOPER\SQLDB
- Al Reporting Services de DEVELOPER, pero NO me conecto al Reporting de
DEVELOPER\SQLDB

Me sale el siguiente error:
Cannot connect to DEVELOPER\SQLDB.
Additional Information:
Client found response content type of
'text/html;charset=windows-1252', but expected 'text/xml'.
The request failed with the error message:
<HTML><BODY>Cannot connect to the configuration database. For tips
on troubleshooting this error,
search for article 823287 in then Microsoft Knowledge Base at
http://support.microsoft.com.<BO...;/HTML>
(Microsoft.SqlServer.Managment.UI.RSClient)

En el browser digito http://developer/reports y si me sale la pantalla de
reporting, todo OK.
Pero cuando digito http://developer/reports$sqldb me sale el siguiente
error:

troubleshooting this error, search for article
823287 in the Microsoft Knowledge Base at
http://support.microsoft.com.

Entro a SQL Server Configuration Manager y todos los servicios de las 2
instancias estan corriendo
Entro a Reporting Services Configuration y las 2 instancias estan bien
configuradas y corriendo.

En este servidor tambien esta instalado el SharePoint 2.0 y el Team
Foundation 2005.

Si, ya lei la pagina que dice.
Revise los 3 metodos de solucion. Todo esta ok, pero no puedo conectarme al
reporting de la otra instancia del SQL.

En este hilo hay una solución a un problema similar, parece ser un tema de
permisos en las bases de configuracion de Team Server:

He buscado más y encontré muchos hilos que hablan de ese problema en los
foros de Sharepoint.
