Error al instalar Sql 200o Personal en Windows Xp

HOla quisiera q me pudieran ayudar antes, a la hora de instalar sql 2000
sever al final me sale un erro q dice q nose puede configurar el servidor
y me dice q se puede deber a cuota de registro baja, y me dice q lea el
archivo c:\windows\sqlstp.log
