Error al instalar SP4

antes d einstalr el SP 4 primero deten los servicios de IIS colocandolos en manual
despues reinicias e instalas el SP4 asegurandote de dejar que guarde los archivos
posteriormente ya que termine y reinicie hechas a andar el servicio de IIS
