El explorer no me abre vínculos a hotmail en pop ups

dirección de hotmail,se abre el pop up pero no carga la
página y pone:

Porque no haces la prueba con otro navegador, a ver si se puede
circunscribir el problema, prueba con Opera o cualquier otro, aparte
siempre es útil tener otro navegador, para usar en estas contingencias,
un saludo.
