Control Date and Time Picker....

thisform.olecontrol1.year=year(date())

Y me dice que la propiedad no existe.

Prueba con:
thisform.olecontrol1.object.day=day(date())
thisform.olecontrol1.object.month=month(date())
thisform.olecontrol1.object.year=year(date())
