¡Ayuda! Runtime Error 0X81000306 y 0X08000301

Tengo SO WXP pro, conexión Menta por cable y no me funciona el Windows
Messenger y MSN Messenger y me han aparecido los siguientes errores:
El primer error que me ha dado ha sido 0X81000306 ha aparecido el
"solucionador de problermas de conexion" de MSN y me ha aparecido ese texto.
Más tarde ha aparecido el siguiente error 0X08000301
¿Pueden indicarme qué es lo que puedo hacer para resolverlo?
